Register Multiple Accounts
REGISTER ALL MEMBERS AT ONE TIME
THIS FEATURE IS AVAILABLE TO VFIS CLIENTS ONLY.
- Download the mass upload spreadsheet.
- Enter member information in the following columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
Note: Never add or edit other columns within the spreadsheet template.
- Email the spreadsheet with member information to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Accounts will be processed during normal business hours, which may take up to 5 business days.
Each organization can designate up to three (3) users with supervisor permissions. (see Supervisor Guide)
Each organization can designate one (1) supervisor with bulk purchasing permissions (see "Purchase Additional Courses" in the Supervisor Guide).
Contact VFIS University Account Assistance at: email@example.com to designate supervisor or bulk purchasing permissions.
- Check your email for a series of two (2) emails to complete the registration process:
Note: If you did NOT receive an email, remember to check your SPAM folder and email filter settings.
- The first email indicates your account has been approved by VFIS.
- The second email indicates your account is ready for activation. This email contains a verification link that you will have to select to activate your account within Vector Solutions. This verification link is valid for a single use only. If your verification link has expired, contact the designated supervisor for your organization.
- Login using your username and default password (VFISPassword) at: www.vfisu.com.
